Robert L. Stilwell
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Stilwell is the Chairman of the Board of Ryder, Stilwell Incorporated.
Mr. Stilwell joined the Firm in 1961 and served as principal advisor
to Clients and develops individual comprehensive integrated solutions
to wealth management problems including financial planning; asset allocation
strategies; asset selection and management; fiduciary and banking services;
and estate planning and trust vehicles. He continues to serve as a member
of the Firm's Investment Committee. In 1968, Mr. Stilwell was responsible
for taking the Firm from a hand-accounting system to a computerized system.
He also established the company's pool-money fund, investing Clients'
cash balances on a daily basis, and developed the imprest account service
currently used by several clients.
Mr. Stilwell attended Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois from 1948 to 1950. He attended Stanford University from 1950 to 1952 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Insurance from the U.C.L.A. Business School In 1961.
Mr. Stilwell was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Naval Reserve and a veteran of the Korean conflict and served on board the USS Bellatrix from 1952 to 1954. In the summer of 1956 he also spent 65 days on board the aircraft carrier USS Franklin D. Roosevelt.
He is a member of Monterey Peninsula Country Club, Visalia
Country Club, and Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.
Mr. Stilwell and his wife Marci have been married since 1959 and have four children and make their home in Visalia, California.

R. J. Considine, Jr.

R. J. (Jim) Considine, Jr. is President, CEO, a principal,
and member of the Board of Directors of Ryder, Stilwell Incorporated
and its subsidiaries Ryder, Stilwell Investment Advisors,
Inc. and Ryder, Stilwell Properties, Inc. He is also the firm's
Chief Compliance Officer. Mr. Considine joined the Firm in
1972 and serves as principal advisor to Clients and develops
individual comprehensive integrated solutions to wealth management
problems including financial planning; asset allocation strategies;
asset selection and management; fiduciary and banking services;
and estate planning and trust vehicles. Mr. Considine is the
chairman of the Executive Committee which is responsible for
the management and operations of the holding company and its
subsidiaries. He is also a member of the Firm's Investment
Committee which structures and manages portfolios of liquid
assets in a mix of investment grade stocks, corporate and
municipal bonds, and money market instruments with an emphasis
on value and a long range perspective. The committee is also
responsible for the client financial planning function and
individual stock and bond selection. In addition, Mr. Considine
has direct responsibility for the Firm’s real estate
syndication and management activities where he has experience
in the acquisition, development, and management of real estate,
including experience in development of multiple family residential
properties and mixed use office/retail projects. He has also
been involved in the purchase, sale, and management of R&D
properties, light industrial properties as well as retail
and office spaces.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Considine headed his own business
management and consulting firm. There he established a successful
practice in management and strategic planning for developing
businesses; real estate management and development; and the
overall investment strategy and professional management of
a number of client farming and ranching operations. In addition,
he taught for three years as an Assistant Professor in marketing
and small business management at the Orfalea College of Business
California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
Mr. Considine is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo with a BS degree in business management. He holds an MBA in finance from the University of Southern California and has been active in alumni activities at both schools, where he served in a number of capacities including: Chairman of the Centennial Capital Campaign for California Polytechnic State University, founding Chair of the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Orfalea College of Business at Cal Poly, serving for 16 years for six Deans; Chairman of the Board and Past President of Cal Poly’s General Alumni Association and their Chairman of Annual Giving; Treasurer for the California State University Statewide Alumni Council; and Vice President of the Board of Directors of the University of Southern California Commerce Associates.
Mr. Considine was appointed as the Alumni Trustee for the
California State University System in January of 1991 where
he served as Chairman of the Finance Committee, Vice Chairman
of the Board, Chairman of the Board, and Chairman of the Ad
Hoc Committee on Campus Development Ventures where he was
instrumental in the founding of two new universities and one
new off campus educational center. He left the Board at the
end of 1998 and was granted Trustee Emeritus status in January
of 1999. He was the founding Chairman of the Site Development
Authority for the new California State University at Channel
Islands, where he served three terms as Chairman and continues
to serve as a member. He is also “Of Council”
to the Dean of the College of Business at California State
Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo and is an Emeritus
member of the Alumni Board of Directors at Cal Poly, where
he is serving as its Senior Statesman. He is also a member
of Alpha Kappa Psi Honorary International Business Fraternity,
Town Hall of California, and the Jonathan Club. Mr. Considine
served on the Boards of the California Agriculture in the
Classroom; and the California State University Fullerton University
Advancement Foundation. Mr. Considine and his wife Sally have
three grown daughters. They are active members of Holy Angeles
Church and live in Arcadia, where he served as a Commissioner
of the 1984 Olympic Commission for the City of Arcadia, President
of the Santa Anita Homeowners Association, and has been active
in City politics.

Timothy A. Morphy is Senior Vice President and Chief Investment
Officer of Ryder, Stilwell Investment Advisors as well as
Vice President of Ryder, Stilwell Incorporated and its subsidiary
Ryder, Stilwell Properties, Inc. Mr. Morphy joined the Firm
in 1995 and serves as a principal advisor to Clients developing
individual comprehensive integrated solutions to wealth management
problems including financial planning; asset allocation strategies;
asset selection and management; fiduciary and banking services;
and estate planning and trust vehicles. Mr. Morphy is the
chairman of the Investment Committee which structures and
manages portfolios of liquid assets in a mix of investment
grade stocks, corporate and municipal bonds, and money market
instruments with an emphasis on value and a long range perspective.
The committee is also responsible for the Client financial
planning function and individual stock and bond selection.
Mr. Morphy is responsible for the management and administration
of the Firm's Client's cash and marketable securities portfolios
. He is also a member of the Firm's Executive Committee which
is responsible for the management and operations of the holding
company and its subsidiaries. In addition, he is actively
involved in the analytical process of the real estate selection
and acquisition decisions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Morphy worked in the corporate banking industry in Southern California for over fifteen years. His duties included relationship management of major accounts, credit analysis and credit administration as a Vice President for both international and domestic institutions including First Interstate Bank, Banque Paribas and Sanwa Bank. In addition, he also managed a small manufacturing business in Orange County for three years.
Mr. Morphy is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego with a BA degree in economics. He graduated from The Cate School in Carpinteria, California prior to entering college.
Mr. Morphy is a former Vice Chairman and current member of
the Board of Trustees of The Dunn School, an independent coeducational
boarding and day school located in the Santa Ynez Valley in
California. He also serves as Vice President of the St. Malo
Association. Prior to that, he was the President of the Board
of Directors of the Pasadena Senior Center, an independent,
non-profit provider of social and recreational services to
seniors in the Pasadena, California area.
A longtime resident of Pasadena, Mr. Morphy now lives in La Canada Flintridge, California with his wife Kate and three sons.

Vice President
Linda S. Smith joined the Firm in 1982 and is Vice President of Ryder, Stilwell Incorporated and its subsidiaries, Ryder, Stilwell Investment Advisors, Inc. and Ryder, Stilwell Properties, Inc. She serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the Company, which is responsible for the management and operation of the holding company and its subsidiaries. She also serves as a member of the Real Estate Committee, which is responsible for the accounting, books, and records of the real estate partnerships. She is the Human Resources Administrator for the Firm, responsible for all aspects of employee relations including interview, new hire orientation, and coordination of benefits. She has direct responsibility for all aspects of client liaison and insurance activity for the Firm and its clients. Linda also serves as the Executive Assistant to the President of Ryder, Stilwell Incorporated and its subsidiaries. In this capacity she is directly involved with the Firm’s real estate syndication and management activities including interfacing with tenants of the Firm’s industrial properties and on-site property management firms.
Prior to joining the Firm, Linda worked at Home Savings of America as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President, where she played an integral part in the development and implementation of the Consumer Credit Department and initial credit card offering of the bank. She also worked at Carte Blanche Corporation, where she helped develop a fully revised and updated Risk Policy Department to deal with the many aspects of consumer credit customer service.
Linda is a member of the National Association of Female Executives.
Linda and her husband, David, reside in Torrance and are active
supporters of the James K. Armstrong Theater, the La Mirada
Theater for the Performing Arts, and the Cerritos Center for
the Performing Arts.
